About me
I'm Pia. For years I've been the person handed the process nobody could untangle and asked to make it work, in government, not-for-profit and private organisations.
What I've noticed is that size makes little difference. Small, medium or large, the same problems turn up: things feel chaotic, everything depends on what a few people remember, those people (including you) can't take a proper holiday, and the work gets done differently depending on who does it.
It doesn't have to be this hard. With a simple way of working in place, the business runs without you, your best staff stay, and customers keep coming back.
